One of the best most moist apple cakes I have had the color come sout so pretty if you use red skinned apples and leave the skins on.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- 2. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed ones and blend well then add the apples and nuts blend well
- 3. Add 1 cup sour cream to mixture and blend
- 4. Bake in a tube or bundt pan that is greased and floured at 325 for 1 hour
