Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all cookie ingredients and mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoons full onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 2. Mix powdered sugar with enough orange juice to form a glaze type icing. Add left over orange rind from making cookies and food coloring if used. Spread on warm cookies.
