My mother gave me this recipe a few years back. I love asparagus, unlike my husband. If I don't tell my husband that it has asparagus in it, he actually eats it and likes it.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some leftover asparagus and peas, and this was the perfect way to use them up.

I'm not a big fan of asparagus, but I really liked this casserole. The peas and cheese helped to balance out the flavor of the asparagus.

The casserole was a bit too watery for my liking. I think I would cook the vegetables for a little longer next time.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add some more salt and pepper next time.
