- Add garlic and salt.
- Add soy, oyster sauce and water to pork.
- Cover and boil five minutes.

- Thicken mixture with cornstarch slurry.
- Cook until mixture is clear and thick.
- Add green onions and beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
