Roasted garlic gives this Asian-inspred dressing a deep, nutty flavor. It's great on any combo of salad greens or use it for a dipping sauce for dumplings. Feel free to use my recipe for Roasted Garlic. Recipe from Eating Well.

This dressing is really good, but it's a bit too thick for my taste. I would add a little more water or vinegar next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dressing turned out really bitter. I think I may have used too much garlic.

I found the dressing to be a bit too oily. I would use less olive oil next time.

This dressing is a little too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of honey next time.

I'm not a big fan of garlic, but this dressing was surprisingly good. The roasted garlic flavor is mellow and not overpowering.
