Asian-Inspired Ginger Dressing image

Whenever I go to an Asian restaurant, I love the house salad dressing. This recipe was inspired by that, but it is not an exact copy. It also is NOT an authentic Asian recipe.

I found this dressing to be a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try using less oil next time.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste, but I can see how others might enjoy it. I think I'll try adding a little bit of honey next time to balance out the flavors.

I made this dressing for a salad party I hosted last week and it was a hit! The ginger flavor was subtle but noticeable, and the dressing had a nice tang to it. I'll definitely be making this again.
