Asian Ginger Dressing Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Provided by aohmc

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons dice garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minutes, until all ingredients are well pureed. How easy is that! Tip: Froze the whole fresh ginger in the freezer until hard. Then grate with a cheese grater. It's easier than using knife to dice them.
