I call this an Asian steak sauce, because I believe that it works so well with beef, and gives the steak a hint of Asian flavor. I played about with the ingredients until I achieved a good balance between the sauce and the beef. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- 3. Add the ginger powder, sherry, tamari sauce, tomato paste, coconut sugar, and water, to a bowl, and whisk together.
- 4. Add the oil to a saucepan, over medium heat.
- 5. Add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
- 6. Add the liquid ingredient, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Take off heat and whisk in the butter, and sesame oil.
- 8. PLATE/PRESENT
- 9. Use the sauce on a nice grill steak or other beef. Enjoy.
- 10. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
