I used my Maryland crab cake recipe and switched it up a bit with some Asian flavors. It was moist and delicious. Great served with cilantro rice

Steps:
- 1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and shape into 4 to 6 patties. If the patties are too wet use more Panko.
- 2. Place the oil in a large skillet. Place on med high heat add the patties and cook for 10 minutes flipping a couple of times to get them browned but not burnt.
- 3. To serve place some Yum Yum sauce on plate. Top with a crab cake and garnish with Thai Basil
