The marinade was delicious, but the hens took longer to cook than the recipe stated. I had to add an extra 15 minutes to the cooking time.

The hens were a bit dry. I think I might try brining them next time to help keep the meat moist.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for my liking. There were too many ingredients and steps involved. I ended up simplifying it and the results were still pretty good.

Overall, a good recipe. The hens were flavorful and juicy, with a crispy skin. The marinade was well-balanced, providing a nice blend of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors. I would recommend serving them with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.

The hens were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of soy sauce in the marinade next time. Other than that, the recipe was straightforward and the hens were cooked evenly.

The marinade was easy to make and added a nice flavor to the hens. However, I found the cooking time to be a bit off. The hens were slightly overcooked, resulting in slightly dry meat. Otherwise, it was a decent recipe.
