I found that this glaze was a little too thick for my liking. I had to thin it out with some water before I could use it.

This glaze was a little too sweet for my taste, but I was able to balance it out by adding a little bit of soy sauce.

I love the combination of flavors in this glaze. The hoisin sauce and rice vinegar give it a nice tanginess, while the brown sugar and honey add a touch of sweetness.
