Arugula and Goat Cheese Salad image

This recipe is from "Alive" Magazine. I used greengrapes instead of red - Red will be nicer but I had green on hand. The "Alive" recipe calls for 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts I didn't have any so omitted them. This is adifferent very enjoyable salad - The Grapes are a must that help blend all the flavors together

I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese, but I loved it in this salad. It was creamy and tangy without being overpowering.

I was skeptical about the pear and goat cheese combination, but it totally worked! The sweetness of the pears balanced out the tanginess of the goat cheese beautifully.

This salad was a delightful burst of flavors and textures. The peppery arugula, creamy goat cheese, sweet pears, and crunchy walnuts all came together perfectly.
