This recipe is one I make all the time. It comes from my very talented friend Lynn. Perfect for block parties and potluck gatherings, I'm sure there will be many variations on this basic recipe. Enjoy!

1 tablespoon margarine
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
