2 cans artichoke hearts, not marinated, drained and finely chopped
1 cup grated cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup salsa

Steps:

  • Drain and finely chop two cans of artichoke hearts mix in 1 cup grated cheese and 1 cup salsa stir well place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. serve with tortilla chips
