I made these for a appetizer for a candle party!!! OH they were a hit!! I did add a little more spice than here!!

Steps:
- 1. Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts.
- 2. Saute onion and garlic in butter.
- 3. Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.
- 4. Add onions and garlic.
- 5. Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set.
- 6. Cut into squares.
