Artichoke and Green Chili Dip image

There are a lot of artichoke dip recipes out there, but this is a super simple one that can be thrown together in no time. Great if you have last-minute guests. We loved the addition of chilies. Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c mayonnaise
1 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 can(s) artichoke hearts, 14 ounces
1 can(s) green chiles, diced, 4 ounces
paprika (optional)
1 bag(s) tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Mix.
  • 2. Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
  • 3. Add to bowl.
  • 4. Drain green chiles. Add to artichokes.
  • 5. Mix.
  • 6. Pour into a baking/serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with paprika for color.
  • 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minute or until cheese has melted.
  • 8. Serve with tortilla chips.
