- Preheat oven to 350 In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, chedder cheese, ham, onions and jalepeno. Cut a circle out of the top of the bread nd remove the center leaving a 1 inch shell of bread fill bread with the cheese mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes until dip is heated through.
