This was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or omitting it altogether.

I'm not a fan of blue cheese, but I still enjoyed this dish. The apricots were perfectly ripe and the honey added a nice sweetness.

This recipe is too simple. I would have liked to see more instructions on how to prepare the apricots and the blue cheese topping.

The apricots were not ripe enough, so the dish was a bit sour. I would recommend using ripe apricots for the best results.

I found the recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and herbs to give it more flavor.

The apricots were a little too tart for my taste, but the blue cheese topping was delicious.

This is a great way to use up ripe apricots. I had a bunch of apricots that were about to go bad, and this recipe was a perfect way to use them up.

I was skeptical about the blue cheese topping, but it was actually really good. It added a nice salty, tangy flavor to the apricots.

This was a delightful and unexpected combination of flavors. The apricots were sweet and juicy, and the blue cheese topping was tangy and savory. The two complemented each other perfectly.
