- Divide dough into 4 parts.
- Roll each into a rectangle.
- Spread mixture of apricot preserves, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Roll up as a jellyroll.
- Put on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
