This cake was a labor of love, but it was worth it! The apricot nectar gave it a lovely moist texture and a subtle sweetness that paired perfectly with the tangy glaze. It was a hit at my dinner party and I'm sure I'll be making it again soon.

This cake was a disappointment. It was dry and bland, and the apricot flavor was barely noticeable. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.
