I have made this recipe for my family for years and it's still everyone's top pick. I like to serve it with rice on the side. -Amy Chellino, Shorewood, Illinois

These kabobs were good, but not great. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

The chicken was a little dry. I think I'll marinate it overnight next time.

These kabobs were a little too sweet for my taste. I think I'll use less apricot preserves next time.

These kabobs are a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made them with some leftover grilled chicken and they were delicious.

I love the combination of flavors in this recipe. The apricot glaze is the perfect complement to the savory chicken.

These kabobs were easy to make and turned out great! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and they cooked perfectly in about 10 minutes.

These kabobs were a hit at my last BBQ! The apricot glaze was tangy and sweet, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making these again.
