APRICOT CREAM PIE image

Yield 6 to 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 unbaked pie crust
1 large can of apricot halves (about 14 halves, drained)
1 cup of granulated suger
1 cup of flour
1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
(to your taste)
1/2 pint of whipped whipping cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325° Mix together: sugar, flour and cinnamon. Line pie crust with apricot halves . Sprinkle flour mixture over top of apricot halves. Top with whipped cream. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Serve after pie cools or slightly warm.
