Number Of Ingredients 13

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup applesauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350*.
  • Grease and flour a 9 inch loaf pan.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg into lg mixing bowl.
  • Add brown sugar, eggs, and all remaining ingredients.
  • Mix until throughly combined.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 55 minutes, or until a pick comes out clean.
  • Cool on wire rack.
