Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except ketchup and water. Mix lightly. Form into 16 balls (or size of your choosing). You can brown the balls in hot vegetable oil (I usually skip this step.) Place meatballs in baking dish. Combine ketchup and water; pour over meatballs. You can make more sauce if desired. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

[email protected]This recipe is a great starting point, but it needs some tweaking. The meatballs were a bit bland, so I added more spices. I also found that the sauce was a bit too thin, so I added some cornstarch to thicken it up.

[email protected]These meatballs were a bit too sweet for my taste, even though I used unsweetened applesauce. Next time, I'll try using less applesauce or adding some savory ingredients to balance out the sweetness.

[email protected]I was skeptical about using applesauce in meatballs, but I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The applesauce adds a subtle sweetness and moisture that makes the meatballs incredibly tender and juicy. The sauce is also amazing - it's tangy, sweet, and sav
