Apple Walnut Yogurt Parfait image

Suitable for Stages 2 and 3 of the Candida cleanse diet.

1 apple
1/3 c walnuts chopped
1 c plain yogurt
1 dash(es) cinnamon
1 dash(es) cayanne powder optional

Steps:

  • 1. Chop up the apples and walnuts. Layer them with the yogurt as seen on picture, then top with cinnamon.
