3 granny smith apples or 3 tart apples, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt together.
  • Stir in apples, celery and walnuts together.
  • Serve chilled.
