1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup diced apple
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Cream butter sugar and molasses and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients and nuts, chips and apples fold together. Drop spoonful on greased cookies sheet. Bake at 350 12-15 minutes.
