Apple Spice Muffins image

I like this muffin recipe as it is not overly sweet. The house smells wonderful as these are baking!! I have noticed in mikekey's review that he only needed half an apple to equal 3/4 cups. I use an apple and not quite a half when I make this, but I shred the apple, so I have changed this in the ingredients list.

I'm not usually a fan of apple muffins, but these were surprisingly good. The spices really complemented the apples, and the muffins were perfectly moist.
