APPLE SAUCE BAKED RIBS image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup Apples sauce
½ cup Ketchup
2 cups Brown sugar or 1 cup molasses and 1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsbs. lemon juice
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp Paprika
2 cloves garlic crushed or ½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsbs. Cornstarch & water
1 Rack Pork Ribs

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Cut ribs and baste with ½ mixture and reserve the rest. Bake ribs at 300 for 45 minutes. Turn ribs over and use remaining mixture to baste and return for another 45 minutes. Use drippings to baste on ribs. Serve with baked potatoes.
