Apple Salad II image

This a great dessert salad to serve after dinner. My children don't eat much fruit but they eat this salad.

5 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and chopped
5 Red Delicious apples - peeled, cored and chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the apples, drained pineapple, raisins, pecans and whipped topping. Mix well and serve chilled.
