Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of your pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool before filling the pan. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees. Whip together cream cheese, vanilla, and almond extract. Add sugar, flour, and cinnamon and mix until completely combined. Add eggs and mix on medium. Slowly add milk while mixing on low. Last, stir in apple pie filling. Add filling evenly to your pan and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 300 degrees and continue to bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let it cool for about 20 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan and release the sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

[email protected]This cheesecake was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was creamy and smooth. I think I would have liked it better if it had a little less sugar.
