Apple Crisp Cookies image

In case you haven't seen any of my other recipes, I should tell you that I'm pretty much partial to cookies:) This recipe is pretty much a staple in my kitchen--it's easy, adaptable, really yummy, and everyone who drops by eats them by the handful. I have used other pie fillings as well, but the apple is just so cozy and fitting for the coming seasons;) If you get a chance to try these, I hope you enjoy them:)

I'm not a baker, so I'm always looking for easy recipes. This one seems simple enough, so I might give it a try.

I'm allergic to apples, so I couldn't try these cookies. But they look delicious!

These cookies are too much work. I don't think they're worth the effort.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cookies came out dry. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll cut back on the sugar next time.

I had some trouble finding oat flour, so I just used regular all-purpose flour. The cookies still turned out great.

These cookies were a hit with my family! They're the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and the oat topping adds a nice crunch. I'll definitely be making them again.
