Apple-Chocolate Salad image

I had this for dessert in a movie bistro many years ago. Very simple but tasty treat! The chocolate should be at least 70 percent. The pecans can of course remain raw if you prefer that to toasting them.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred to use less chocolate chips or maybe even no chocolate chips at all. Otherwise, it was a very good salad.
