This salsa is a great make-ahead dish. I usually make it a day or two before I need it, so that the flavors have time to meld. It's also very easy to double or triple the recipe, so it's perfect for a party or potluck.

This salsa is a great way to use up leftover apples. I always have a few apples on hand, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in. This salsa is also very versatile. I've used it as a dip for chips, a topping for tacos, and even as a mari

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The salsa was still delicious! I also used a mild chipotle pepper, so it wasn't too spicy.

I love the unique flavor of this salsa. The apples give it a sweetness that I've never tasted in a salsa before. I also like the fact that it's not too spicy. It's just the right amount of heat.

I'm not usually a fan of salsa, but this one is an exception. The sweetness of the apples balances out the heat of the chipotle peppers perfectly. I could eat it with a spoon!
