Just trying something different. Hope it turns out well. After making this, I believe it would be better to just make one loaf as two were not very big. I changed the directions to accommodate this. If you think you have too much batter for one loaf, make a couple of muffins with the excess.

Steps:
- 1. Place mashed bananas and chopped/diced apples in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. add sugar, eggs, margarine and stir mixture until well combined.
- 3. add flour, rolled oats, pecans and spices and mix well.
- 4. pour mixture into a greased loaf pan or glass baking dish. Use a metal loaf pan or a glass loaf dish 4 1/2" by 8 1/2" by 3" deep.
- 5. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 50 minutes or until done.
