Ann's Sweet and Spicy BBQ Rub image

Sweet, spicy, and slightly exotic. Use 2 tablespoons per pound of meat when seasoning.

7 tablespoons brown sugar, or more to taste
1 ½ tablespoons paprika
1 ½ tablespoons salt
1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, and cinnamon together until evenly mixed. Store in an airtight container.
