Was still going through Mom's recipe box and came across this one. I remember it from the 60's or maybe early 70's. Mom's sister had written it on a card and given it to her.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except bacon and tomato sauce) and place in a loaf pan.
- 3. Cover with bacon strips to flavor if you like.
- 4. Pour tomato sauce over all.
- 5. Bake for 1 hour.
