2 cups sugar
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Beat the yokes in a mixer until they double in volume. Grease cupcake pans and split the mix into 24 equal parts. Bake for a few minutes at 350℉, take it out of the pan still warm.
  • In a sauce pan slow boil the water and the sugar until it thickens. Dunk each chin until it's soaked and move it to a bowl. Cover the bowl with the remaining syrup.
