Angel Pineapple Lush image

With the hot days coming upon us we need something lite to end those great hot cook outs. Well here is a piece of heaven for you and your guests. Mine enjoyed it very much.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) 20 ounce crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 c thawed cool whip whipped topping
1 pkg 10 ounce round angle food cake,cut into 3 layers
seasonal fruit

Steps:

  • 1. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • 2. Stack cake layers on plate spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
  • 3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries.
