Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce image

Fragrant, golden garlic, fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan coat thin strands of angel hair pasta. Heavenly.

1 package (16 ounces) capellini (angel hair) pasta
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain pasta; mix with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with pepper.
