I was skeptical about the combination of anchovies and tuna, but this dip is surprisingly delicious. The mascarpone cheese mellows out the flavors and makes it really creamy.

This dip is so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I love serving it with crackers, vegetables, or even just on its own.

This dip was a little too salty for my taste, but it was still good. I think next time I'll use half the amount of anchovies.
