I'm not a big fan of beans, but this dish was surprisingly good. The spices really made all the difference.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I often double the recipe and freeze half for later.

Delicious! I made this for my family and they all loved it. I especially liked the spicy kick from the chili powder.

I followed the recipe exactly and the beans turned out mushy and the rice was undercooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The beans were a bit too spicy for my taste, but the rice was cooked perfectly. I'll try it again with less chili powder next time.

Easy and delicious! I used black beans instead of pinto beans and it turned out great. I also added a bit of chopped cilantro at the end for some extra freshness.
