1-C. Sugar
1/2-C(1 stick Butter)
2-Lg. Eggs
3-Bananas(sliced)
2- C. All Purpose Flour
1/2-C Chopped Pecans(or nuts of choice)
1-tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Cream sugar, butter. Mix in eggs, bananas, flour, nuts, baking soda & salt. Pour into greased loaf pan(8-1/2" x 4-1/2"). Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until middle is done.
