Amish Wedding Cake Recipe - (4.7/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
11/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
frosting --- 1 box powder sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 philadelphia cream cheese

Steps:

  • grease and flour 10x13 cake pan preheat oven at 350 place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until all is blended in. pour into cake pan. bake at 350 for 35 minutes cake should be brown , moist and spongy. let cool then frost. Frosting- mix all ingredients together until well blended and creamy.
