- Beat all ingredients, except bread, together.
- Preheat frying pan.
- Dip bread into milk mixture and place in hot frying pan.
- Pour leftover milk mixture on top of the bread.
- Fry on both sides until brown.
- Serve with peanut butter (optional) and syrup.
