These cookies are a great way to use up leftover oats. I always have some oats in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds for the pecans. The cookies turned out great! I'm so glad I found this recipe.

These cookies are just okay. They're not bad, but they're not great either. I probably won't make them again.

I had some trouble finding all of the ingredients for this recipe. I ended up using a different type of flour, and I think it made the cookies a little dry.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of sugar next time I make them.

I'm not usually a fan of oatmeal cookies, but these cookies are an exception. They're so soft and chewy, and the coconut and pecans add a nice touch. I'll definitely be making these again.
