This is considered a custard pie..I like this pie because it is simple to make...And very smooth...This is a good holiday pie....Similar to a vinegar pie.....I love Amish recipes..they are simple taste great....

Steps:
- 1. Mix sugar and flour together then add melted butter, cream together, add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
- 2. Mix well pour in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
