I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a hit! It's a great way to use up leftover turkey, and it's also a healthier alternative to traditional lasagna.

These lasagna roll-ups are a great make-ahead meal. I made them on Sunday, and we ate them for dinner on Monday and Tuesday. They were just as good the second and third day as they were the first day.

I froze the leftover lasagna roll-ups, and they reheated very well. I just thawed them in the refrigerator overnight and then baked them in the oven until they were heated through.

I cooked the lasagna roll-ups for 30 minutes, and they were perfectly cooked. I didn't want them to be too soft, so I didn't cook them any longer.

I made these lasagna roll-ups in a 9x13 inch baking dish, and they fit perfectly. I also used a little less cheese than the recipe called for, and they were still plenty cheesy.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I made these lasagna roll-ups with vegan cheese. They were still very tasty, and I didn't miss the dairy cheese at all.

I added some chopped mushrooms and onions to the filling, and it gave the lasagna roll-ups even more flavor. I highly recommend trying this variation.

I'm not a fan of ricotta cheese, so I substituted cottage cheese in this recipe. It worked great, and the lasagna roll-ups were still delicious.

I'm on a low-carb diet, so I made these lasagna roll-ups with zucchini noodles instead of pasta. They were delicious! I'll definitely be making them again.

These lasagna roll-ups are a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the cheese and the pasta, and they don't even notice the spinach and zucchini.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey, but I really enjoyed these lasagna roll-ups. The turkey is cooked perfectly, and it's not dry or bland at all.

I was skeptical about how good a low-fat lasagna could be, but I was pleasantly surprised! The ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese provide plenty of flavor, and the turkey is a great lean protein.

I've made this lasagna roll-ups recipe a few times now, and it's always a hit with my family and friends. The turkey makes it a healthier option than traditional lasagna, and the low-fat ingredients don't compromise the flavor at all.
