1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar, plus 1/4 cup sugar for sugaring glass rim

I'm not a fan of amaretto, but I really enjoyed this cocktail. The sour mix and prosecco balanced out the amaretto flavor perfectly.

I was disappointed with this cocktail. The amaretto flavor was too strong, and the prosecco didn't do much to mellow it out.

This is the best amaretto sour I've ever had. The prosecco adds a nice touch of fizz, and the amaretto flavor is just right.

This cocktail is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less simple syrup or omitting it altogether.

This is my new go-to cocktail for brunch. It's light and bubbly, and the amaretto gives it a nice nutty flavor. I also love that it's so easy to make. I just throw all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain it into a glass.

I'm not usually a fan of amaretto, but this cocktail changed my mind. The sour mix and prosecco really mellowed out the flavor of the amaretto, and the result was a smooth and refreshing drink. I'll definitely be making this again.
