Amarena Fabbri Bellini image

It's getting hot outside so we're turning to our favorite cocktail to cool down - Bellinis! We love tossing in a few Amarena Cherries from Fabbri 1905 (sold at Eataly NYC Flatiron) to make the drink sweet but keep an unmistakable tartness... it's the perfect combo and we love keeping these cherries at home! I'm not a fan of sweet drinks, so I added a bit of lemon juice to my Bellini. It helped to balance out the sweetness perfectly.

This is a great recipe for a low-carb Bellini. I used sparkling water instead of prosecco and it was still very refreshing.

I'm allergic to cherries, so I had to make a few substitutions. I used raspberries and cranberry juice instead of Amarena cherries and prosecco. It was still really good!

I didn't have any Amarena cherries, so I used fresh strawberries instead. It turned out pretty good, but I think it would have been better with the cherries.

This recipe is a bit too complicated for me. I prefer a simpler Bellini recipe.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my Bellini turned out way too sweet. I think I may have added too much Amarena syrup.

This is a great recipe for a non-alcoholic Bellini. I simply omit the prosecco and it's still just as delicious.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of cherries. But I'm so glad I did! The Amarena cherries are not overpowering at all, and they add a lovely sweetness to the Bellini.

I'm not usually a fan of Bellinis, but this one is a game-changer. The Amarena cherries add a lovely tartness that balances out the sweetness of the prosecco perfectly.
